My family and I have been patients with the Meridian Surgery for 28 years. Dr Starling has been our doctor for most of that time and we have always found him to be attentive, respectful, kind and very professional. He always goes that extra mile to help his patients, the advice and after care given by him is excellent. Dr Starling always makes sure you are actively involved in your Healthcare decisions and always wants to know how you feel about your treatment. My son and I would like to thank him for all the help and kindness he has shown to us, he is an excellent family GP and it is a pleasure to know him. We are very impressed with this Modern Surgery and have found all the staff very pleasant and helpful in these very stressful times due to heavy workload and NHS cuts.

Dr Starling has been at the practice from the start, his attention to each visit is unequivocal, he listens, directs and advises, with his after care being 100% Like a great football manager, he has been at the club for so many years, the directors have to listen to his decisions Thank you. your staff and colleges for a fantastic service which is becoming increasingly difficult with the ever expected expectations from the HHS Thanks again for opening on Saturdays

I dont know what the answer is, but it is extremely annoying when ringing up for an appointment the line is busy for 20 minutes and then have to wait in a queue. on the plus side the Doctor rings when he says he will and is always very nice.
